Bilingual (French English) Data Administrator/Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data integrity through data entry in various databases
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to Pinnacle’s Operations team
  • Meet/greet the public in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to general inquiries, both in-person and on the phone daily
  • Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering of certain events
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment while working with third-party vendors
  • Receive and sort mail, and attend to delivery/courier matters
  • Assist with quarterly and annual client statements mailout, printing, and sorting
  • Additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French English) an asset
  • Data Entry Experience is an asset
  • At least 2 years of reception experience in a corporate environment
  • Business diploma or any other administrative courses are an asset
  • Must possess exceptional client service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
