We are seeking part time or full time Bilingual (French and English) Customer Support Representatives with exceptional written and oral communication skills to work as part of our dynamic, award-winning, people-powered team.

For students, flexible scheduling is available to accommodate your studies and we are especially looking for individuals who are available evenings, weekends and overnights.

In this role, you will be working with a dedicated team that focuses in the insurance industry for the purpose of roadside assistance. This role requires detail-oriented customer care, a sense of urgency and understanding when dealing customers in emergency situations.
