Connections to the Workplace is perfect for you.

Connections to the Workplace (Connect'Emploi) is a placement program for new post-secondary graduates. We reimburse a major part of the new employee's wage for 12 weeks. Our participants and clients work in many different fields: Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Environment, IT, Management, Administration, Arts, etc. 



Our program offers: 

• New graduates: gain working experience and skills in your field of studies.

• Employers: hire highly motivated, skilled and talented new post graduates at a lower cost.

Participants eligibility criteria:

  • Between the ages of 15 and 30
  • A post-secondary graduate
  • Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred
  • Out of school
  • Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations
  • Not in receipt of Employment Insurance (EI) benefits

If you answered yes to all these questions, you may be eligible to participate in a 12 week work experience project in your field of studies.
