Job Description

As a key member of the Marketing and Customer Experience team, your role will be split between responsibilities for many crucial functions within the Internship Programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • • All administrative tasks related to the Internship Programs: a. Manage interns and organizations through the application and approval process for the program.b. Input data and track financials of the Internship Program.
  • • Manage budget and administrative paperwork with the students and organizations.
  • • Become an ambassador for the Internship Program, help interns and organizations throughout their internship. e. Ensure documents are accurate and timely, help answer any questions or address any concerns.
  • • Provide support to Marketing and Customer Experience team to research, develop and test new products and implement any changes as required.
  • • Provide support for data reporting and analytics
  • • Work collaboratively within the Marketing and Customer Experience team to support the delivery of ECO’s products and services to clients.
  • • Provide support for building marketing material for ECO’s products and services as required.
  •  • Event coordination and management
  • • Provide support for coordination between different ECO Canada Business Units.
  • • Any other duties as required


Qualifications and Education

You must have a post-secondary degree/diploma, 2-3 years of program coordination experience and possess the following skills:

    • • Great attitude and ability to maintain control while coordinating activities and balancing multiple priorities;
    • • Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office;
    • • Strong organizational and time management skills combined with an acute attention to detail;
    • • Well-developed, independent work ethic along with ability to communicate with the team and external parties;
    • • Professional attitude with staff and clients with a focus on providing exceptional service;
    • • Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and a willingness to adapt to a variety of situations.
    • • Marketing experience considered an asset.
    • • Bilingual in English and French considered an asset.


This role is a full-time position, with a three-month probationary period upon start date.
